Standard Speaker Introduction
Our speaker is Carl L. Young. He is an author, speaker & trainer. Carl is an accountant with over 25 years of senior level experience. He is an accountant with a sense of humor, an oxymoron according to most, that combines his passion for people with his talent for training to entertain and inform.
Carl has an MBA and completed advanced degree requirements in Accounting and Taxation. He is the author of a book entitled Carl Young’s Rules of the Game- It’s All About People!
Carl served in senior level accounting and finance positions from Chief Accountant to Chief Financial Officer in a company that grew from $10M to $275M in annual sales. He has also been President/CEO of his own small parts manufacturing company and Senior Financial Associate of a major consulting firm. He is also a proud retired Army Officer.
In his spare time he loves to read, travel and play golf.
Carl maintains a strong passion for his speaking and training profession but admits he also does it to support the spending and shopping habits of his wife, daughter, nieces, and grand children.
