Performed all operational and financial controller functions for a $50M document management company.

• Assisted the General Manager to transition from low speed scanner production to high speed scanner environment, capable of imaging in excess of 4 million documents per day greatly improving profits and productivity.
• Set up local internal controls processes and procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Responsible for all finance related functions in a variety of large projects and outsourcing engagements in energy, healthcare, and transportation industries of up to $720M in total value. Directed engagement start-up and set-up of entire financial framework including planning, forecasting, budgeting, billing, accounting, processes, procedures, information, and reporting needs. • Designed financial framework to support multiple service deliveries.

Responsible for all finance, accounting, administrative, legal, and treasury functions in a $250 Million high growth computer industry. Led Finance & Administration Organization which included 8 Managers, 135 employees and $10M annual budget, and serviced 7 subsidiaries and 35 branches nationwide.

• Held increasing levels of responsibility starting with Chief Accountant with progressive promotions to VP/CFO & Treasurer.
• Built Finance & Administrative Organization to support the company's high growth and revenue expansion from $12 Million to $253 Million.
• Designed and implemented a planning, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting model, to enable the enterprise to successfully function in multiple and geographically disbursed profit and cost center environments.
• Designed and developed an Administrative & Management Systems (AMS); including nine interrelated modules for product ordering, delivery, inventory control, billing, accounting, collections, and associated processes.
• Designed and implemented a real time Financial Information Management System. FIMS reflected current financial and production information on business drivers and success indicators.
