My years of experience as CFO of a $260 Million corporation have given me the experience and expertise to add value to any organization as Interim CFO, Controller or Accounting Manager especially in turn around and other situations of unusual challenge. I am also very attracted to situations requiring substantial improvements in design and implementation of user systems, processes and procedures that require interface with people. As a Consultant, I am self motivated, customer focused, results oriented, positive attitude team player. I guarantee I can add value and efficiency to your accounting and finance processes.


I'm a trained and experienced Accountant that emphasizes People rather than Numbers as the keys to business success. Everything in business is shaped by People . If the People are motivated and committed everything else works. If not, we must first correct the People piece. It is not about numbers. Numbers only provide “results”! People are the real “reasons” for all success in business and that's what I emphasize in all my presentations.

I challenge audiences to focus more on “People Pleasing” than “Pencil Pushing”. I call these People Shaped Solutions and engage the audience in exercises to illustrate them
